Training Programs

2-Pack Training Routine

Week 1: Start with the first level (leftmost unit). Determine your personal record (PR) for reps. Perform 6-12 sets every other day based on that PR.

Week 2: Continue with Level 1. Adjust the volume of sets according to your comfort and initial PR (e.g., increasing to 8 sets).

Weeks 3 - 7: Advance to Level 2. Establish a new PR for this resistance. Incorporate various sets into your routine for at least 30 days.

Pro Tip: After Week 7, you can alternate between levels to balance high-rep endurance and resistance training.

4-Pack Advanced Routine

Weeks 1 - 2: Follow the same introductory protocol as the 2-pack using Level 1.

Weeks 3 - 7: Progress to Level 2. Build your stamina with this unit for a full 30-day cycle.

Weeks 7 - 11: Move to Level 3. Determine your PR and limit this intense level to once per week. Maintain this for 30 days before advancing.

Weeks 11 - 15: Transition to Level 4. Establish your PR and continue weekly sessions for 30 days.

Final Phase: Mix and match levels 1 & 2 for conditioning, and levels 3 & 4 for maximum strength and slow, controlled reps.


Fitting Instructions

Pop N’ Go (Ready to Use)

  1. No boiling or complex setup is required for this model.
  2. Rinse the device thoroughly with water before your first session.
  3. Place it in your mouth and begin your workout immediately!

Custom Fit (Precision Setup)

  1. Boil a pot containing 4-6 inches of water.
  2. Submerge the unit (with bite strips attached) using a spoon or the provided necklace.
  3. Boil for 20-25 seconds, then carefully remove.
  4. Shake off excess hot water or briefly dip in cold water to prevent burns.
  5. Place the unit in your mouth and bite firmly into the center of the strips for 10 seconds until the fit feels secure.
  6. Repeat only if necessary. Caution: Do not boil for more than 35 seconds at a time.
