Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Due to the nature of our products (oral use), items must be in their original, unopened packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exemptions and Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

• Custom-fit units that have already been boiled or molded.
• Items with obvious signs of use or wear.
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of business days.
